背景概述
在原油开采和集输过程中，随着温度下降，原油中的石蜡组分会析出并沉积在管道、设备表面，导致流通截面积减小、输送压力升高，严重时甚至造成管道堵塞。石蜡沉积控制产品通过不同机制抑制或延缓蜡晶的析出与沉积，保障生产系统的平稳运行。
During crude oil production and transportation, temperature drop causes paraffin components to precipitate and deposit on pipeline and equipment surfaces, leading to reduced flow area, increased pressure, and even complete blockage. Paraffin control products work through various mechanisms to inhibit or delay wax crystallization and deposition, ensuring smooth operation of production systems.

分散剂 (Dispersants)
分散剂吸附在蜡晶表面，通过空间位阻或静电斥力阻止蜡晶相互聚集长大，使其保持微小颗粒状态悬浮在油相中，从而避免沉积。代表性产品如 Petro® PISA 和 Wilconate? SGS 适用于高含蜡原油的输送过程。
Dispersants adsorb onto wax crystal surfaces, preventing aggregation and growth through steric hindrance or electrostatic repulsion, keeping them as fine particles suspended in the oil phase. Representative products such as Petro® PISA and Wilconate? SGS are suitable for transportation of high-wax crude oil.
抑制剂 (Inhibitors)
抑制剂通过干扰蜡分子的共晶过程，改变蜡晶的形态和尺寸，推迟蜡晶开始析出的温度（浊点）。典型产品 Armohib® PC-105 和 Armohib® PC-308 在较低加量下即可显著降低浊点，扩大安全操作窗口。
*Inhibitors interfere with the co-crystallization of wax molecules, altering crystal morphology and size, and delaying the temperature at which wax begins to precipitate (cloud point). 降凝剂 (Pour-point Depressants)
降凝剂主要作用于蜡晶形成三维网络结构的过程，防止油品在低温下凝胶化，从而降低原油的凝点，改善低温流动性。Armohib® PC-150 是一款高效的降凝剂，尤其适用于高凝点原油的管道输送。
